1: Browse our home packages

The fixed-priced packages offer exceptional value. Each home design has been carefully selected and matched to suit each building allotment. The site costs, energy ratings, house siting and orientation have been assessed, so cannot be changed. View our packages here.

2: Secure your preferred house and land package

Simply click the secure package button on your preferred package and enter your details. By securing your preferred package via our website will reserve the package for you.

3: Purchase your land

We now provide yours and your legal representative’s details to the land developer for the preparation of the land purchase contract. At this stage you will be required to pay a deposit and land balance amount directly to the developer. If applicable, a Development Zone Levy may also need to paid to the local council.

4: Sign your home agreement

To kick off the building process you sign our Agreement to Proceed document and pay a non-refundable deposit payment of $10,000.

5: Select your home colour scheme

Select your internal and external colours and finishes from our professionally prepared range. View the Internal Colour Schemes and External Colour Schemes.

6: Sign the home building contract

We provide you with the formal building contract for signing and you pay the balance of your 5% deposit.

7: Construction of your home commences

We obtain all the required building permits and the construction of your new home commences onsite.

8: Construction of home progresses

Construction time depends on size or complexity of your build, but generally your home will be completed in 16 to 20 weeks. Payments are set out in the building contract and issued at each construction stage – Base (10%), Frame (15%), Lockup (35%), Fixing (25%) and Balance (10%).

9: Pre-handover home inspection

We give you a pre-handover inspection and walk-through. This is done just before we complete the final touches, such as your appliances and detailed clean.

10: Final home handover

We handover the keys to your brand-new home, including your occupancy certificates, relevant warranties and appliance manuals.

11: After care home service

After six months, we return to complete a maintenance visit and attend to any maintenance issues. All our homes come with a 10-year structural warranty.
