Based on the information provided, our Sales Coordinator will give you detailed written cost estimates to build your new home.

Agreement to Proceed

To kickstart the building process, sign the Preliminary Works Agreement and pay your deposit so we can complete working drawings, site analysis, energy rating, and colour scheme.

New Home Contract

We prepare your New Home Contract, including site and foundation details. Once your finance is confirmed and the permit issued, construction begins.

New Home Construction

During construction, you will receive updates at seven key stages via our online portal and phone app. You can also contact us at any time during this period.
