Express your individual style and character with the Expression Package. It features exclusive design upgrades and inclusions, plus you also receive personalised and professional assistance from our design partner Cindy Jones Interiors to get the exact look you’re after.es.

What about site costs?

As each block is different, we evaluate your building block and advise of the best siting, orientation and driveway access. Our policy is to give you a true indication of site costs at time of quotation based on the initial visual inspection and our local knowledge.

Site costs as well as a description of our evaluation of siting that best suits your building block will be indicated within your quotation.
